First, You need to make the virtual machine drive in VirtualBox first and mount your ISO for Ubuntu in the CD storage settings in VirtualBox.
Second, you need to start Virtual box and follow the Ubuntu install wizard.
Thirdly, Update Ubuntu Linux in Systems>Administrations
Lastly, Install Vbox guest additions and adobe flash player.
